a studio for the post-software era

We build quiet systems that do loud work — software that thinks, measured by the outcomes it leaves behind.

/ what this is

BobaH Tech LLC designs, engineers, and operates AI-native business applications for teams who care about leverage. One studio. Small batch. Commissioned only.

①  meaning / manifesto

A studio with an opinion about intelligence.

BobaH exists because most AI work is still theater. We're here to build the unsexy middle layer that actually ships.

  1. 01

We build first. We advise only when it helps.

The deliverable is always a working system. Decks, audits, and recommendations exist to make the build sharper — never to replace it.

  2. 02

    Intelligence is an infrastructure concern.

LLMs, agents, retrieval, evals — these aren't features. They're plumbing. We treat them with the same rigor as databases and CI.

  3. 03

    Optimization is the whole job.

Faster flows, smaller teams, lower cost-of-serve, higher confidence per decision. If a system doesn't move a number, it shouldn't exist.

  4. 04

    Small batch, by design.

A studio, not an agency. Two engagements a quarter. We choose problems where hyper-intelligence gives a 10× — not a 10%.

②  capabilities / commissions

Six things we do, seriously.

Every engagement starts with a one-page charter: the numbers it will move, the failure modes we accept, and the date it ships.

  • capability · 01A

    AI-native internal tools

Internal copilots, triage bots, research agents, and operations dashboards that live inside your real workflow — not next to it.

    • +Slack, email & CRM-native agents
    • +Domain-tuned retrieval & evals
    • +Role-aware UX, not just chat
  • capability · 02B

    Data → decision systems

Take the messiest input in your business (PDFs, tickets, meetings, legacy DBs) and produce a single, auditable decision with confidence bounds.

    • +Structured extraction pipelines
    • +Confidence & provenance tracking
    • +Human-in-the-loop by default
  • capability · 03C

    Customer-facing intelligence

Product surfaces where the AI is the product — onboarding guides, configurators, personalization engines, and support that deflects without disappointing.

    • +Latency-budgeted UX
    • +Guardrails & policy layers
    • +A/B + eval-driven iteration
  • capability · 04D

    Automation of the boring 80%

Document-heavy, rules-heavy, coordination-heavy work — the stuff that eats teams. We unweave it into small, testable, AI-augmented steps.

    • +Workflow reverse-engineering
    • +Queue, retry, & observability
    • +Cost ceilings built-in
  • capability · 05E

    Fractional CTO / AI residency

For seed-to-Series-A teams: a steady hand on architecture, hiring, roadmap, and the AI bets that matter. Monthly retainer, measurable charter.

    • +Architecture & vendor decisions
    • +Eval & safety review
    • +Hiring & team design
  • capability · 06F

    One-week intelligence audit

A flat-fee week. We ingest your ops, map every step, and return a prioritized list of where hyper-intelligence pays for itself — and where it won't.

    • +Workflow map & heatmap
    • +Ranked build/buy recommendations
    • +ROI & risk memo

③ protocol / how we work

Six phases. Never surprised, rarely late.

A fixed operating protocol — so the interesting unknowns are the product, not the engagement.

  1. 00
    Phase 00

    Signal

You send a short brief. We answer with a yes, a no, or a better question — always within two working days.

    duration
    ~48h
    artifact
    reply memo (pdf)
  2. 01
    Phase 01

    Charter

We write a one-page contract for the work: the numbers that will move, what we'll measure, what we won't build, and when it ships.

    duration
    week 1
    artifact
    1-page charter
  3. 02
    Phase 02

    Decompose

We map your workflow end-to-end and identify the smallest intelligent wedge that makes the rest inevitable. No boil-the-ocean projects.

    duration
    week 1–2
    artifact
    workflow atlas
  4. 03
    Phase 03

    Build

Small, visible, instrumented increments. Weekly demos. You use it in production before we call it done. Evals before features.

    duration
    weeks 2–6
    artifact
    shipped system
  5. 04
    Phase 04

    Hand-off

Full code & eval ownership transfers to you. Runbooks, observability, and an honest post-mortem on what worked and what didn't.

    duration
    week 6–8
    artifact
    ownership pack
  6. 05
    Phase 05

    Operate

Monthly retainer to keep evals green, costs in budget, and the system sharp as your business changes.

    duration
    optional
    artifact
    retainer agreement

✦ numbers we hold ourselves to

  • 01
    48h
    Reply SLA on every brief
yes / no / sharper question
  • 02
    60d
    Median time-to-production
    from charter to live system
  • 03
    Engagements we accept / quarter
    to keep output obsessive

“Most businesses don't need more software. They need fewer surfaces, better answers, and a system that takes the thinking out of the parts that shouldn't need thinking.”

— Doruk Aydogan, on why he started BobaH

What I ship
Small, sharp systems that earn their keep in 60 days or less.
What I refuse
Dashboards no one opens, demos that never reach prod, and AI theater.
Who I work with
Founders, operators, and funds who can describe the number we're moving.
How I'm paid
Fixed-fee projects, monthly retainers, or outcome shares. Never hourly.

The best briefs are three short paragraphs: where the business is now, what number you want to move, and what you've already tried. Doruk replies within two working days — yes, no, or a sharper question.
